Carlo Aguilar
With over 26 years of experience in small business management, Carlo Aguilar brings a deep understanding of leadership, discipline, and client service to every project.
In 2019, he partnered with his cousin, Manuel Garcia, to turn a shared vision into reality: creating high-quality custom homes that reflect both craftsmanship and individuality.
Since then, Uptown Custom Homes has steadily grown — starting with thoughtfully designed homes and evolving into larger, more refined, and highly customized projects.
As a Navy veteran, Carlo’s foundation is built on integrity, accountability, and attention to detail. These values carry through every phase of the work, from the first conversation to the final walk-through.

Manuel Garcia is a co-founder of Uptown Custom Homes and brings over 20 years of construction experience.
With a strong background in residential construction and hands-on building experience, Manuel brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to every project.
Since co-founding the company in 2019, he has played an integral role in managing construction operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring that each home is built to the highest standards.
His deep understanding of the building process, combined with a commitment to precision and quality, allows him to consistently deliver homes that meet both structural excellence and design expectations.
Manuel takes pride in maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring that every project runs efficiently and smoothly.
